The collaboration between staff across the three partner organisations is crucial to the success of the Cambridge Children’s Hospital project.
Bringing together the expertise and experience across the three disciplines of mental and physical health and research is embedded in our workstream structure.
In recent years, we have engaged with staff through drop-in sessions and all-staff briefings, as well as bringing staff from different departments and services to help shape our design and new model of care.
As we move towards the construction phase of the project, we are running more regular engagement sessions and bringing more staff on board to help develop our care pathways.
